The filament guide is specifically designed to work with the dust remover available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16483. I have one of these dust removers on all my spools. On February 6th, a 1.75mm filament version titled "alinea1_75.stl" was added. To print the .STL file without supports, follow these instructions: Simply print it out using your 3D printer with a 0.4 nozzle, set to 0.3 layer height and 50% infill. In the printed model, remove the single M3x10 screw that serves as a support in the center guide. For installation, use an M3x10 screw to securely attach the guide to a Nema 17 motor, ensuring it rotates freely. Have fun using your new filament guide!
