The Swimming Pool Pack is a PBR model collection that allows users to build modern swimming pool environments, such as wellness centers and diving schools. It contains over 90 quality prefabs for real-time rendering engines, including 5 types of pre-built pools (jacuzzi, leisure pools, and an Olympic short course pool), a kit to build modular pools of varying sizes, and various poolside decorations like towels, umbrellas, floating toys, and lounge furniture. However, for the Unity Demo Scenes, users must import Standard Assets - Environment for water and background trees. The models are provided in FBX format or as unity assets (prefabs) with an average of 2000 triangles per mesh, going up to 8460. All models are UV unwrapped. There are 14 pool-related meshes, 23 decoration meshes, 5 diving equipment meshes, 15 coral meshes with color variations, and 5 environment meshes. Textures have resolutions of 2048x2048 for tileable textures, 1024x1024 for medium objects, and 512x512 for text. Texture maps include Albedo, Normal map, and a combined Smoothness/Metallic/AO map. The package also comes with demo scenes, including a small pool scene and a wellness center scene with all pools, which were rendered using Unity.
