Measuring approximately 16 cm in length, this lure's dimensions can be easily adjusted via the accompanying .scad file. The main body components are printed in one seamless operation using PETG material. However, for optimal performance, the fin and tail sections are recommended to be printed with flexible materials like Fillamentum Flexfill 98A or similar alternatives. For precise control over pause layers, consult your slicer software's preview mode. Due to a temporary shortage of suitable eye bolts, 9mm rings were used instead to secure the hook to the body. This innovative design allows for effortless assembly and disassembly. The hinges are crafted from 0.9 mm diameter stainless steel wire, carefully pushed into place from the top side. To ensure a secure fit, simply touch the top of the hole with a soldering iron, gently securing the wire in position. For optimal weight distribution, 4.5 mm diameter air gun steel balls were used as weights. These can be easily replaced or modified to accommodate different materials and weight configurations by adjusting the .scad file accordingly.
