This is a design for the Swiftech MCP655 12 VDC Pump Liquid Cooling System, based on picture #2. The green part of the pump insert features a precise fit. The red component has an internal diameter of 5mm and an external diameter of 7.5mm. I've attached the inventor's file so you can modify it as needed.
