Swiffer Keeper
thingiverse
Our Swiffer Sweep pad keeper wore out again. I wasn't able to find a replacement keeper, so I made one. It's a simple fix that pops right into the original Swiffer Sweeper head. The longest part of the task is the print time. It takes about 1 hour per keeper with my settings. Made the model in blender and the results seems to fit the hole very well. The stiff TPU (95A or harder) seems to be the right material for this case. I tried ninjaflex, but it was too soft and didn't act like the original keepers. I tried other materials like PLA and PETG, but they were too stiff and snapped, even when I made the keeper a couple layers. So I would recommend using a stiff TPU. To fix: - remove the old keeper, I used needle nose pliers and pulled it out - press the printed keeper into the hole and it should snap in it like the original - ready to go
