This is a 24mm conversion of the [current 30mm Swerry model](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5375143). It includes the cylinder, non-O-ring plunger, and normal height nut from the original publication. Each piece was reduced in size to 83% except the joints and switch holes. **Update 7/8/2023:** With the updates to the cylinder and plungers detailed below, this thing is no longer a work in progress. The cylinder has extra columns cut out of the body to allow the corners of the switch to be inserted into the much smaller diameter. These cuts have no functional impact on the rest of the button. There are stoppers at the bottom of the gaps of the plunger tab slots to reduce the travel of the plunger, similar to the Seimitsu PS-14 button. **Update 7/8/2023:** I added a variation with a wider rim to provide more coverage over button holes. The plunger has been shortened from the original 30mm design to approximate the travel distance of Sanwa or Seimitsu buttons. This results in shorter travel for the Cherry MX Blue microswitch, the only switch I have available for testing. The tabs have been expanded to reduce the chances of snapping with the smaller scale. Two stem designs are available: a rectangular stem for Cherry-style switches, and a box stem for Kailh switches. These stems have a tighter fit over the cross-shaped protrusions of the switch than the original design. Though this means this design is not universal, it reduces the amount of wobble inside the cylinder. However, the exterior of the stem may require filing or sanding to reduce friction during travel. **Update 7/8/2023:** The plunger STLs have been updated with a slightly taller height which allows for them to stick above the rim about 1mm when pressed. This approximates the travel distance of traditional Sanwa or Seimitsu buttons, without sinking beneath the top of the cylinder. While the nut has no changes other than scale, it is compatible with the LayerShift 24mm Sanwa screw-on button wrench. A small amount of silicone grease can be applied to the nut to assist in screwing it onto the cylinder. I use Shin-Etsu grease, which is commonly used for arcade joystick pivots. The new measurements are: Surface and nut diameter: 27.6mm Plunger diameter: 19.5mm Thread diameter: 23.7mm Depth (bottom of face to bottom of Cherry MX switch contacts): 16.5mm Plunger height (top of cylinder to plunger face): 3.3mm
