Swatch perfect-fit 17mm flexible wristband (watch strap)

I'm Made at [Fab Lab Aachen](http://fablab-aachen.de)! My friend Heike Krier pulled out an old Swatch watch from her collection, a gift from her mom, and its strap suddenly fell apart. Using a model by laird as a starting point, we headed to OpenSCAD and teamed up with our trusty Dremel3D20 printer and TPC FLEX 45 **flexible filament** to print Heike a brand new watch strap on the spot. The metal pins, transparent clasp and safety hold are still original, though the model comes equipped with an extra hold just in case. This custom-made strap will fit Swatch watches sporting a 17mm wide watch strap (measured at the watch case, right below the pin tube), featuring two cutouts in the pin tube at the watch case. We spent a lot of time perfecting the shapes to fit the watch perfectly just like the original strap. You can print the STL file right away or open up the OpenSCAD file and tweak the length of the tongue and buckle bands to your liking by simply editing two numbers in the file. Changing width or thickness of the strap will require some manual adjustments to the pin tubes, but for Swatch straps, it shouldn't be necessary at all.
