Note about textures: the Normal maps are -y, which is fine for DirectX; if they look flipped, highlight the green channel in Photoshop and hit Ctrl+I. Also note that the roughness and metalness may appear too shiny in UE4; just double click the texture and uncheck the sRGB box to correct this issue. You can also fix it by combining maps in an image editor like Photoshop. UV's are mostly flat with a few overlapping pieces where necessary, measured in Metric units. Game Ready!
