Swappable Bit Driver with Storage
prusaprinters
I used organic supports with 0.3mm separation between model and part, I printed in silk PLA, but think that PLA+ or PETG would be superior. I used 0.3mm layers, but more detail would develop with 0.2mm layers.Once printed use pliers to push and remove a swappable bit until it is easy to switch by hand. I use hemostats to remove supports. I then push them into the hole where the bit storage is and spin them around to debur edges. This should fit 4 bits comfortably. If there is an obstruction use an allen key to push through the anti-suction hole in the chuck side to remove the leftover support. Note: Turn off extra perimeters & thick bridges if enabled to avoid the circular rings like in my print.
