Hello Lords, If you're eager to print this helmet and make it a reality, please share photos with me - I'd be overjoyed if you do that! My YouTube channel is called 3D Printer Brotherhood and can be found at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCT5hy2puk98zHVVQIBqGbQ. Please subscribe! I designed and printed a Swadian Knight Helmet, which is a character's helmet from the Mount & Blade Warband game. In fact, I printed an angled one that you can see in photos. But for you, I've created a radiused model because it's better than the angled version. The wall thickness of the helmet is approximately 2.8 mm and this detail is crucial when printing. Finally, I'm sharing these helmets with you! You can watch the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VE2dUllYAo&feature=youtu.be. Now, I'll guide you through how I made it step by step: Yes, you can see my printing settings - I printed this helmet with a 0.4 mm layer height but that wasn't the best choice. My printer encountered many faults during printing and I recommend using a 0.25-0.3 mm layer height instead. Use a 0.4 mm nozzle and set your wall line count to 4, then proceed with 100% infill for the helmet. However, some areas of the cross-sections might not be fully filled in - don't worry about that! I printed the angled model in pieces (12 parts) to speed up printing time but I'm sharing the radiused model with you in just 4 pieces. Print it however you like!
