This is a comprehensive overhaul of anoved's Adjustable Strap S-Clip. As a modification for seat belt shoulder straps, the protrusions on it caused discomfort due to their angle so I designed one without them and incorporated increased friction zones to prevent movement. Since it was a complete redesign, I added my own signature mark.
