I've finally gotten around to fulfilling numerous requests for this and I'm sorry it took so long, I'm afraid I can't recall who initially asked me to do it. Hopefully, everyone will enjoy it. I've added a couple of options to print as I tried to determine the best way to go about printing. I've also included the raw individual parts if you'd like to tinker with your own combination, good luck and please provide some feedback if you decide to take on the project.
