READ CAREFULLY! PLA+ or LW-PLA filament strongly recommended. 100% scale: 0.4 mm nozzle and printing line width (slicer setting) 0.25 mm layer height 1 perimeter/shell/wall 2 bottom layers 0 top layers 0% infill Use as high temperature as possible for good layer adhesion (ca 220C-230C for PLA). Place seam at the trailing edge of the wing parts, and at the bottom of or internally on the body parts. The parts can be printed separately or all at once. Placement on bed as illustrated. Finished weight should be about 126g for PLA (affected by printing line width), but only about half or less for LW-PLA, depending on print settings. The parts can be scaled, but you then also have to scale printing width and layer height (i.e. 75% scale: 0.3 mm printing width, 0.19 mm layer height). Glue parts with quality medium CA glue (and preferably also accelerator spray). The wings can be glued to the body, but rubberband attachment is strongly recommended to make it much more impact resistant.
