The SV-98, a rugged bolt-action sniper rifle crafted by Vladimir Stronskiy for Russia's elite forces. By 2003, special operations teams were equipped with the cutting-edge 7.62 mm 6S11 sniper system, consisting of the SV-98 rifle (designated as 6V10) and the high-performance 7N14 round engineered to penetrate even the toughest targets. The SV-98 has seen action in real-world combat during operations in Chechnya. The Russian Military relies on the PKS-07, a powerful 7x magnification scope designed for precision targeting. Typically mounted on an SV-98 sniper rifle, the versatile PKS-07 can also be attached to other weapons like the Dragunov SVD and AK-74 via their standard side rail mounting system.
