This is a 3D printable case for Suzuki Boulevard M109R / Intruder VZR1800 motorcycle tachometer, designed to relocate it into headlight cover with style and precision.\n Older models may not have this feature as standard, but yours has the tachometer proudly displayed on the handlebar. You don't want to ruin the original tachometer case, which would require cutting and potentially damage its delicate components.\n So you designed your own custom case using 3D printing technology and printed it with high-quality PLA material. For now, it's been installed without any sanding or painting to preserve its smooth finish.\n To complete this project, you'll need a 1mm thick acrylic glass panel. Cut the back panel of the headlight cover carefully to accommodate this custom case and seal it securely with a reliable sealant to prevent moisture from entering the case.\n Initially, I used white sealant for this project, but my next version will be fully sanded and sealed/painted in sleek black.
