This is a custom headlamp cover designed specifically for my 1993 Suzuki Vitara, which features H4 headlights. I had to create this modification because the standard headlight rubber cap wouldn't accommodate the brand-new LED H4 bulb that I installed. To make it work, I attached the new 3D printed part to the original rubber and trimmed the excess material where the LED bulb made contact with the old rubber cover.
