This is an exact fit for the Suzuki Grand Vitara 2 fuel cap. I printed mine in TPU flex filament, which turned out great. To install it, you can use the old retainer pin to lock it into place, but first, open up the hole a bit. When installing the tether, make sure it's facing towards you, and consider adding some grease or silicone spray to the ring to make it rotate smoothly.
