This was my very first attempt at modeling a car in AutoCAD, followed by 3D printing it. I drew inspiration from the Suzuki Vitara, Sidekick, and Geo Tracker. Although it's far from a perfect replica, I'm content with it for now. The model prints in place, complete with moving tires. You'll need to give the tires a bit of a wiggle after printing to get them to break loose and spin freely. I created this model using my HicTOP Printer at a resolution of .2mm and 20% infill, with supports and a brim. It should print just fine with either ABS or PLA. I'm not sure if it will work when scaled up, as I haven't tried that yet.
