Any donations are greatly appreciated and help me towards creating more things! I'm thrilled to have a supportive community that makes it possible for me to keep producing high-quality content. Feel free to print these files for yourself or get them printed through specific services like 3Dhubs. Please don't support the illegitimate eBay sellers (like Grant Gibson) that stole the design and are making a profit off of it without any credits. If you use these files, I would really love to see pictures of your finished project or hear about it. Disclaimer: I've finally uploaded these files again after a lot of reconsideration. These took a tremendous amount of time to create and perfect, and as many of you are aware, they were stolen by others and offered on eBay without any credits to make profit. This kind of behavior made me sad and reluctant to upload the files again, but after receiving numerous emails from supportive community members, I decided to re-upload the files to help out the community and make those SV's prettier. Description/manual: These infills are replacement infills for the second generation SV650/SV1000 motorcycles and should fit perfectly. They require a bit of effort to print, but trust me, it's worth it. To get started, simply print the left and right infill file as is (upright). This requires minimal support material and produces the strongest part. You'll need to turn the holders 90 degrees, but these can be printed without any additional support material. Please see the Slic3r picture if you're unsure. This new version doesn't need any washer anymore! The only thing you'll need are the original large bolts and 4x m4X10 bolts and nuts. The middle part is split on purpose for easier printing on smaller printers, but mainly because I noticed that not every subframe/fairing is 100% the same. By doing it this way and making it possible to slide the nuts left and right, you can make it fit perfectly flush on almost every bike. Print settings: For strength and durability, use materials like PETG. A minimum of 3 perimeters or more is highly recommended. You'll also want to use a 20% infill minimum and enable support for the infills (but only a small amount will be visible). Layer height should be set to 0.2mm or lower for optimal results. I hope people can enjoy the files, but most importantly, I hope you all get to enjoy your motorcycle! Happy riding! These files are designed by me (Zynex) and Mengineer. For more information, please see the topic on SVrider. They are all licensed as non-commercial, so feel free to share them with others.
