Suzuki SV650 Aura Headlight Mounting and Support Brackets

In my latest version, I employed the stock SV650 naked fork bracket instead of printing them for minimal modifications. The mounts are specifically designed for both SV650 and Aura models, differentiating from previous designs. An update on November 11, 2013, further refined the fit to a perfect match. The support brackets (L and R) are installed within the headlight. These feature nut traps for #8 nuts and machine screws for mounting the headlight fairing, along with wood screws for securing them to the bulb housing's rear. The Aura mounts (L and R), on the other hand, attach to the stock SV650 naked headlight bracket using M6 x 30mm bolts. Subsequently, the headlight fairing is mounted with #8 and #6 machine screws and nuts. Although I opted for cost-effective SAE screws, #6 nut traps are included. Additionally, OEM gauge spacers allow lowering the gauge position by either 20mm or 30mm. However, this requires cutting a portion of the headlight fairing for proper fitment.
