Suzuki-Style Fine-Tuners
thingiverse
Suzuki-style violin fine-tuners are designed to make small but precise changes in a string's pitch. This is crucial on bowed instruments and those with main tuning pegs held together by friction alone. These fine-tuners work perfectly. The Fusion360 file can be found here: http://a360.co/2sukYdl To securely attach the strings, I used 3mm t-slot extrusion cam nuts and bolts, which proved to be effective. Due to their delicate nature, you'll need to adjust your printer settings to ensure accurate reproduction of these parts. I printed mine in PETG, and I highly recommend this material for this project. Finishing can be achieved with a hot knife, sandpaper, and needle files.
