I installed a TrailTech Vapor onto my Suzuki DRZ-400S - technically a Kawasaki KLX-400SR, but it's essentially the same bike. I needed something to fill in the open hole left by removing the speedo drive gearbox from the front axle. Unfortunately, the kit that came with the TrailTech didn't include this part, so I had to come up with a solution on my own.
