Suzuki SJ410 (Samurai) dashboard air vent grid. This is the air vent grid of a Suzuki SJ410 (Samurai) 1984 model. These are fragile, usually broken and cannot be purchased as second hand. Often only the base is broken where the flaps connect and the flaps are usable. In this case there are 2 options: 1. Print the full air vent base (SJ410_air_vent_base_full.stl) and use that 2. Print only the tooth saw part of the base where the flaps connect (SJ410_air_vent_base_fix.stl). This requires modification to the original air vent base and glue the fix to it. See the photos, I have chosen this way (cut out the bad part and glue the fix to it). Please check whether it is for your car model. In my case I needed to fix the vent base of the 2 air grids plus I needed 6 air flaps which were missing from one of the grids.
