Suzuki Samurai/SJ413 side marker 194 Reflector
thingiverse
When I swapped my incandescent bulbs for LEDs, I noticed that the side markers in front lacked any kind of reflector; they were just flat pieces of rubber with the lens sitting on top. Needless to say, you can see from the driver's side picture that it wasn't very visible. In contrast, the passenger side one now has a new reflector and looks much better even in broad daylight. I used this Dorman Products bulb socket (https://www.dormanproducts.com/p-4124-85814.aspx) because it friction-fits into the assembly without any issues. To assemble, follow these steps: First, insert Grommet 1 for the body side. Next, put the housing into Grommet 1. Then, install Grommet 2 on top of the housing. After that, place the factory lens in position (a printable lens will be available when screw heads fit correctly). Note that this assembly may also be used at the rear, but it's recommended to spray Flex Seal on the back of the reflector housing and bulb socket together as one piece to reduce the risk of water causing a short circuit.
