I own a Bandit 600 (GSF) that I'm currently repairing. After the last carburetor work, I couldn't get this part right and ended up losing it. Instead of buying another one, I designed a similar item myself. The original part number is 68241-04X50-00A, but since it's sold by meter lengths, my homemade version is just 12 cm long as required for my Bandit GSF 600 model. To print this part, you can use some flexible filament. I used cheap TPU flexible filament from a Chinese brand called "jurui" that I found on Aliexpress. This type of filament works well and won't degrade when exposed to gasoline. If your printer bed size is too small, you can rotate the model 45° on the Z axis to make it fit.
