This is a customized frame plug designed for the right side of Suzuki DR650 motorcycles manufactured in 1996 and newer. It is an enlarged version of a design from crooksUSA meant for the left-hand side. The term "DR650" can be seen on the printed piece, which is displayed in accompanying photographs; however, the downloadable file is blank to allow users the flexibility to print it as is or modify it with their own design preferences. Observations suggest that the plug appears sturdy enough on its own; nonetheless, adhering to crooksUSA's advice would not be a bad idea: applying some RTV silicone could add an extra layer of security and stability. Print Settings Rafts: No matter what option is chosen, it does not significantly affect the outcome. Supports: Do not rely on these supports. Infill: The optimal setting is 30%.
