Suzuki DR350 - Gauge Cluster Container Replacement
prusaprinters
The Suzuki DR350 dash fixer upperer! I've gotten mine printed in PLA at the moment for prototyping, but the ideal I this case would be a white PETG I think. You will also need 3x M5x30 cap head hex bolt and an accompanying nut. Print out the accompanying spacers for the rubber isolators, and assemble. The mounting posts have been designed to be stronger, and use a captive nut instead of being embedded in the casing. You'll need to reuse the OEM nuts and rubber isolators for mounting to the original bracket for the dash. For the trip meter, grab a 12mm grommet just for weather resistance, and slap your knob in there and go!For printing, I found the best was to print with the back of the unit facing downwards, and just use a load of support material to get the nicest finish on the inside of the part.Replaces 34111-44b10 aka 34111-14A01 (thanks Andy for the P/Ns).
