The individual package caters to smaller mold sizes and can accommodate two configurations (with or without brackets). The units are paired face-to-face, taking advantage of the overlapping brackets. Each unit has a material volume of 40cc with a 1mm wall thickness, measuring 105x90x95mm. A total of 200 units (100 pairs) can fit in a box sized 450x380x420. Note that the attached files are conceptual and not production-ready; they lack molding drafts.
