The packaging tray, sized 500mm x 500mm x 60mm, accommodates 25 sensors and can be fitted with a paperboard cover. Stacking eight trays gives a total sensor capacity of 200 and the resulting dimensions are 500mm x 500mm x 445mm. The volume amounts to 565714 cubic millimeters. The mold is easily machinable and can fit into a standard 20in x 20in x 18in box. Four boxes can be nested on a pallet for shipping purposes.
