Introducing my first packaging solution for the GrabCAD Challenge at this link: https://grabcad.com/challenges/the-sustainapack-challenge. My design consists of 8 layers with 25 switches each, creating a 200 count box order. The array of switches can be customized as per requirement. To minimize the tooling footprint, I used 25 unit layers. The packaging features a .04" thick drafted plastic with a "ribbed" cage on the underside for reinforcement and stabilization. The top side is designed to simplify product loading while orientating it for shipping. Further refinements are expected in future updates.
