My submission involves a streamlined packaging design that facilitates effortless picking and accommodates up to 192 items per carton (two boxes forming a European pallet). Each individual package is a compact, nested box measuring 780 x 580 x 70 mm. The integrated lid ensures product safety during storage, even when exposed to outdoor conditions. Notably, this approach requires no complex molds.
