Sustain Pedal

Sustain Pedal

This is a slightly over-engineered sustain pedal for electronic pianos. It is modeled after the shape and feel of a real pedal. The picture is of the first printed prototype. I eliminated the cap on the one side as it was easy enough to assemble without it. Printing: Nothing special. The parts should layout in the proper position. Parts List 1x M5x50 Hex Screw 1x M5 Nut 2x 625-2RS (Or equivalent) bearing 5x16x5mm 6x M3 Washers 6x M3x8 Hex Screws 2x M3x12s 3x 1" Tension Springs (Spring body is 1" long without end loops) 1x 1/4" Male Connector + Cable (Or whatever your piano requires) I was able to source the bearings from some extra v-slot wheels I had in my 3d printer part collection. The springs were from a variety pack that I found at an un-named box hardware store that rhymes with Lowes.
