The accompanying 3ds Max 2016 scene is rendered by Vray 3.0. The .skp file contains the textures, which can be extracted using software like SketchUp (free), Cinema 4D (trial version sufficient), 3ds Max, or Rhinoceros 3D (trial version enough). To extract from SketchUp, export a 2D image under File/Export/2D Graphic. Using C4D, the textures will be automatically generated next to the .skp file upon importing. In 3ds Max, textures are stored in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages.
