A Customizable 3D Printed Pocket Clip Based on the P7 Suspension Design, Attaching to Hoop Rings for a Secure Carry. I Demonstrated Its Effectiveness by Clipping It to My Reliable Victorinox Cadet Swiss Army Knife and Easily Securing It in My Pocket. The Clip's Innovative Design Was Inspired by the Iconic P7 Suspension Shape, Which Provides Maximum Strength and Versatility. Printer Specifications: MakerBot Is the Printer Brand Used for This Project. MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Model Features High-Quality Printing Capabilities. Rafts Were Not Required Due to the Printer's Precision and Control. Supports Were Also Discontinued Due to the Complex Shape of the Design. Resolution Was Set at a Fine Level, .10 to Ensure Detailed Accuracy. A 75% Infill Density Was Achieved to Balance Weight and Structural Integrity. Important Notes: Printing with an Infill Percentage Between 50-100% Is Highly Recommended for Optimal Results, Combining Strength and Flexibility in the Final Product. Post-Printing Recommendations: The Inner Loop Hole Will Need Minor Adjustments Due to Support Removal. It Is Advisable to Smooth Out the Area with a Pen-Knife or Small Knife for a Seamless Finish.
