Hello people! I'm creating a modular table game that doesn't require dice - you simply print the pieces and cards. The game involves building a spaceship from its most basic beginning to an interspace station with many inhabitants and resources to manage. Everything is handled through the cards you'll take in each turn, with enemies to destroy, planets and strange places to explore - all without throwing dice. It's still a work in progress as of October 19, 2018. I've designed two structures where everything else will go. This game is based on 28mm OpenForge. - Structures: The structure is where everything else goes. - Turrets: Turrets are the ship's defenses against enemies. They only need to be placed in the square structures. You can place turrets with a long structure in the middle, but if the square structure touches another one, you can't place any turret there - look at the image. The different numbers on the turrets indicate their damage level. - Habitats: Habitats must always be placed in a corner and touch at least two sides. The numbers represent the total number of inhabitants available in each module. October 20, 2018. Missile Turrets! There's nothing more powerful than launching missiles against your enemies, destroying them instantly. Each missile deals 5 points of damage. The rule for every offensive is that you can shoot everything you have in the same turn if it destroys the enemy at once. And that's preferably what you want to happen in this game... - Shield: Okay, destroying things is cool, but you need protection if they hit you. The shield gives you 100 defense points that you'll subtract from the enemy's attack number. For example: If the enemy hits you with a damage of 20 points, you take away 20 points from the 100 that the shield has, leaving you with 80 points. The structure and everything else won't be damaged if you have a shield on your ship. By the way, the long structure only has 2 resistance points, the square structure only has 1 resistance point, and everything else has 3 resistance points - watch out! - Cargo Section: The cargo warehouse is one of the essential parts of every ship - you need it to store materials that you'll find and win during the game. Everything will be built based on what you have in the cargo warehouse. The rule for the cargo warehouse is that a face doesn't have to be stuck to another thing, but the other faces must be glued to the structure or to other cargo warehouses to increase the space. - Command: You can't govern a ship without a rudder, so you start with a command section on the front of the ship - it's one of the essential pieces that you'll begin with.
