----------------------- 50 x 50 mm RADIAL FAN version ----------------------- This revised print cooler design incorporates valuable feedback from users who printed and utilized the previous versions. Although those coolers worked perfectly for me, I must admit they were designed quite tightly and some individuals encountered difficulties with the cooler duct touching the nozzle or had trouble inserting the BLTouch. Big thanks to everyone who contributed their thoughts on the design! The following points have been updated or changed: - The distance between the cooling duct and the heating block has been increased significantly, ensuring it won't touch in any situation. This also provides additional space for the heater cables. - The section diameter of the cooling duct has been enlarged to minimize pressure loss - Mounting now requires only screws for the fans. The two components (print cooler and radiator cooler) are held together exclusively by dove-tail friction joints - Cleaner and improved overall geometry - Added double fan version for those who need more cooling power The radius of the cooling pipe leaves sufficient space between the 3D printed part and the heating block. However, I highly recommend insulating your heating block with fireproof insulation (available at any 3D printer store or online) for three key reasons: - To prevent heat deformations in the pipe - To avoid cooling down the hotend and destabilizing the temperature PID controller - To avoid heating up the cooling air I hope you'll like and successfully use this cooler!
