Human: ----------------------- 40 x 40 mm AIAL FAN version ----------------------- This "Remix" incorporates useful feedback from people who printed and used previous versions, allowing for improvements to be made. Although these earlier designs worked fine for me, they were somewhat tight, causing some users to experience issues with the cooler duct touching the nozzle or struggling to fit in the BLTouch. Thanks go out to everyone who provided valuable input on the design! Key updates include: - A greater distance is now maintained between the cooling duct and heating block, eliminating any possibility of contact. This also provides more space for heater cables. - The section diameter of the cooling duct has been increased to minimize pressure loss. - Mounting requires only screws for the fans, with the two components (print cooler and radiator cooler) held together exclusively by dove-tail friction joints. - Geometry has been improved and cleaned up. - A double fan version is now available for those who require additional cooling power. The radius of the cooling pipe leaves sufficient space between the 3D printed part and heating block. However, I strongly recommend insulating your heating block with fireproof insulation (available at any 3D printer store or online) for three reasons: - To prevent heat deformations in the pipe. - To avoid cooling down the hotend and destabilizing the temperature PID controller. - To avoid heating up the cooling air.
