A 4-stage Inline Calciner system (ILC) features a civil RCC structure with a plinth level of 11.5 meters. Key equipment dimensions are: three 5.4 meter diameter cyclones, three 7.5 meter diameter cyclones, a 7.2 meter diameter calciner, a gas conditioning tower measuring 9.8 x 27.0 meters, a smoke chamber with dimensions of 2.5 x 2.65 meters, and a kiln with a diameter of 4.55 meters. Additionally, the system includes a 3.55 meter diameter chimney, an en-masse conveyor, fuel gas station, smoke gas fan, bucket elevator, man lift, and truck. These components are available in Autocad 3D format and can be converted to other software at your discretion.
