Surly Pugsley and Moonlander Offset Wheel Building Spacer

A 3D printable version of the offset spacer that is required to build a an offset wheel for the Surly Pugsley frame. This version is meant to clip on to the axle, rather than bolt on. Works great with QR skewer axle with built-in compliance, also tested with full-length bolt-on axles and it works well. I also added a Moonlander offset spacer for 56mm - this is untested, if anyone uses and it does not work as intended notify me in the comments. If either is not attaching to axle well, use a zip tie to compress the compliant part with the slot to grip the axle better. I'm uploading the exact replica file I created as well in case anyone has interest in testing and using, this may be a good one to use for full length solid axles with some 3mm bolts. I have not tested as the printable, compliant version works swell.
