The Xtracycle Kickback 3 kickstand is almost a direct bolt on to the Surly Big Dummy. I added some rubber tubing on the U bolts to protect the frame, thick Gorilla tape on the clamping surfaces to protect the BD paint and a simple piece of solid plastic I 3D printed to fit in the channel that is machined for the Xtracycle frame. This isn't completely necessary, but it helps to provide a nice flat surface to prevent an edge digging into the bottom of the BD frame if the clamps are over tightened.
