The original design is sourced from the NIH website, specifically from a comment on https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013410#comment-4466. I'm aware that not everyone has access to a laser cutter, but this method proves to be significantly faster than 3D printing. I employed 0.06" HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and a 150w CO2 laser cutter for the cutting process. The time required to cut five was approximately 1.75 minutes. By extrapolating the same time frame, a 4x8 sheet would yield 133 in roughly 47 minutes. This experiment took place at M4Reactor.org in Salisbury, MD.
