I redesigned this hook to boost printing productivity, retaining its hook shape while lengthening and straightening the strap, allowing for more compact placement on the print tray. This upgrade enabled me to switch from producing 13 units in 1 hour 50 minutes to crafting 22 of my revised design in 2 hours 10 minutes, effectively decreasing production time from approximately 8.5 minutes per unit to 5.9 minutes per unit. This optimized model is tailored for use with a 0.3mm layer height and 0.6mm nozzle, requiring only three walls for a seamless print without infill. To facilitate easy adjustments for different nozzle sizes, I've included the Fusion 360 file in this package. My wife, a medical professional, and I concur that our revised design strikes an excellent balance between comfort and functionality, rivaling the original model.
