I remixed the surgical mask strap from this website: https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3DPX-013528. Some nurses and frontliners complained that the straps were too long, so I shortened them by cutting off a few millimeters in the center section and reduced the number of adjustment rungs to just three.
