This updated design was created to extend the face mask strap longer. Some masks being produced feature elastic bands that are slightly shorter due to design variations. My wife has made over 50-60 cloth masks for donation to those in need. After testing various strap models available, most were too short, prompting this remix with added hooks on each side to increase length. The original strap has been reviewed and approved by the NIH (US National Institute of Health) for use in clinical settings! This is an exact replica with increased length.
