I use PLA when disassembling a stack, gently bending it back and forth breaks the seal between parts, usually in the center. It may seem challenging, but most times they come apart easily. Next, I separate each group with a butter knife. This is typically done by grouping them into sets of five. After that, I bend the stack further, then carefully pry them apart as single units. My MP Mini V2 3D printer requires me to downsize to 90% and rotate parts to fit on the bed.
