When disassembling, apply PLA heat when pulling apart by flexing the stack backwards and forwards, causing the seal between parts to break primarily in the center, then separate with a butter knife. You may lose a few but that's acceptable. I use an MP Mini V2 so I have to scale down to 90% and rotate to fit each part on the bed.
