surgical mask sealing rim

Added my design for the most straightforward surgical mask seal. Step 1: Print in PLA. Step 2: Heat up with a fan or over a flame, even using the heat bed of your 3D printer. Step 3: Put the surgical mask on and mold it to fit your face shape. Step 4: Add straps and put the modified seal over the surgical mask. Caution is key! Be extremely careful not to burn your face. Use the mask as a buffer between the PLA and your skin. Proceed step by step to determine the optimal temperature for molding. Test the temperature on your hand before applying it to your face. It's simpler than you think. PLA can be molded at very low temperatures. This is an experimental solution, not a certified medical device. However, empirical testing has shown promising results. If you take your time and carefully craft the mold, you'll notice a significant difference. It's not perfect, but it's undoubtedly better than relying on just a standard surgical mask.
