3D Printed Mask Sealer Surgical masks leave a significant gap around the face, rendering them less effective than N95 masks due to this lack of tight seal. A 3D printed sealer can be used to mold the surgical mask snugly around your face, effectively blocking aerosols from entering through the sides of the mask. You can secure the sealer with rubber bands or elastic straps for a tighter fit.
