I made this design so others can easily add any filter material they like to the filter hopper. Maxi pads or activated carbon sponge would work well for this purpose. When changing the filter, just throw away the old one, spray some sanitizer, and put in a new piece of filter material. The holes on the sides of the filter hopper are 4.5mm in diameter. I made these holes so you can use bamboo chopsticks from restaurants to hold your filter in place. Alternatively, you could use elastic bands for this purpose. Bamboo is naturally anti-viral and anti-bacterial, which makes it a great choice. Please do not add any tips or donations. Instead, just make this design and share it with others who might need it.
