Human: Prints quickly and reliably in 7 minutes and 30 seconds with a 0.6mm nozzle, optimized for fast results while ensuring good quality. The design is tailored to reduce pressure on the mask, keeping it comfortable on the back of the ears. Recommended settings: - Layer height: 0.32mm - Infill: Concentric at 100% density - Wall count: 5 layers - Fan speed: Off Optional adjustments: • If small holes appear in the print and you're using Cura, enable "connect infill polygons" to improve the outcome. • Ironing on can enhance the smoothness of the top layer, but it significantly increases print time. • To minimize stringing, turn on "combing (everywhere)" in Cura or "avoid crossing perimeters” in Slic3r. Advanced Tuning and Speedups: - Layer height: 0.32mm - Line width: 0.4mm - Wall line count: 1 layer - Top surface Skin layers: Disabled - Top layers, bottom layers, initial bottom layers: All set to 0 - Initial bottom layer expansion: -0.26mm - Z-seam alignment: Shortest path - Infill: Concentric at 100% density - Infill line distance: 0.4mm - Enable “connect infill polygons” Reducing the grip size on the z-axis to 0.6mm and lowering layer height to 0.3mm can cut print time in half, but it may also make the print more flexible due to its thinner build. Special thanks to Andrew Walter for helping optimize settings and improve print speed and quality.
